How can I try to help if I don't see the new menu items after the last web app update?

If you are logged in to DGTimer, log out by clicking on the "Logout" link at the bottom of the Dashboard to clear the cache associated with the existing session. Then log in again.

What should I write in the note on the Dashboard?

If you are working on a task or bug that is registered in JIRE, put its number in the note and its brief description.

What should I do if I start an activity but enter the wrong type of activity, project, stage or note?

You can fix all these things by choosing the right type of activity or project on the "Dashboard" screen or by overwriting the stage/note and clicking on the "Change last" button. This is how you change the last activity you started.

I found that I forgot to change the project or activity on one of the older records. What should I do?

By double-clicking on a record on the "Report of work" screen, you will get to the details of the record. In addition to the possibility to edit all fields of the time stamp, there is also the possibility to split the time stamp into two. Then enter the correct data on the new time stamp.

I was at the doctor's/accompanying a family member. How should I report it?

You do not need to submit a request for these activities. You can add them through the "Report of work" screen at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. However, inform your superior in advance.

I need to correct something in my statement, but I have already confirmed it. What now?

Before you send your statement for the filtered time period for approval to your superior, you must confirm it with the "Confirm/Cancel Confirmation" button. If you find out (or your superior tells you) that you have something wrong, you can use the same button to cancel the confirmation, correct your mistakes and confirm the report again.

How do I correct incorrectly reported items in several records at once?

On the "Reports" tab, which you can find on the "Report of work" screen, enter a term in the "Search" field, based on which you can filter the records you want to change. Then click the "Change Filtered" button, highlight the field you want to change, correct what you want to correct and click "Change Records." This may be necessary when you want to add the same note to all records or when the rules change, reporting and activities must be moved to another project.
